2015 Yarra Volunteers Event Registration Form
Please use this form to register your volunteers for the City of Yarra Volunteer Celebration taking place at Richmond Town Hall on 11 May 2015 from 2:00pm - 5:00pm.

Volunteers can be registered to either:

receive a certificate only. Certificates for non-attending volunteers will be sent to you for distribution during National Volunteer Week; or
attend the event and be presented with their certificate by the Mayor, Cr Phillip Vlahogiannis. There will also be opportunity to have photos with the Mayor.

Registrations will be open until 5:00pm Friday 24 April 2015.
